
Post Natal Care
28 days of care by our qualified nurses (daily vital sign is being monitored), confinement food, a quiet and comfortable place to rest and recover, a proper guidance of taking care of a newborn (daily record of input and output of your little one, jaundice, colic…etc). Every now and then, our very own Obstetrician & Gynaecologist Doctor who will do checks on you will visit you to make sure you are recovering well.
Post Natal Exercise
At Mum & Baby, postnatal exercise is conducted 2-3 weeks after birth. Our postnatal exercise is aimed at strengthening, toning and supporting you during your recovery period, rather than losing weight or getting fit.

Post Natal Massage
As a mother’s body tires out after labour, what more would be better by having a good massage to make one feel comfortable? Ask our nurses about Traditional Massage packages and you will be delighted if you sign up for one.
